As a part of the 2020 National Solar Tour, we will be featuring electric vehicles in addition to permanent installations like rooftop solar and solar farms. Electric vehicles (EVs) are quickly becoming a more affordable and lower maintenance option than traditional gasoline-fueled cars. America’s EV adoption rate is quickly rising as more affordable, long-range models are introduced to the market. For solar owners, the idea of fueling your car with homegrown clean energy is especially compelling. We want to amplify the voices of EV owners across the country! From September 28th to October 4th, hundreds of people across the nation will show off their solar homes and businesses, battery storage systems, and electric vehicles.
